Call to Get Connected
Call (509) 800-4990. We’ll ask a few quick questions and connect you with an independent licensed electrician that serves your area, when one is available. The call is free and there’s no obligation to hire.
What happens after you call
- We ask what happened and where the property is.
- Your call is connected to a participating local electrical contractor.
- The electrician schedules a visit, finds the cause and explains options and pricing before any work.
Why phone only?
Electrical problems are often urgent, like a dead circuit in winter or a burning smell, and a conversation gets you to an electrician faster than a form. While you wait, our guides to electrical repair in Spokane and tripping breakers explain what to do first.

What Helps When You Call
Helpful details to share
- Your address or nearest cross streets
- What happened and which rooms are affected
- Whether anything smells hot or burnt
- Roughly when the house was built
- Panel type, or a photo of it
- Photos of any damaged outlets or fixtures
None of this is required. If you don’t know your panel type or can’t find the panel, call anyway; the electrician can help you figure out the rest, including what parts to bring.
While you wait
- Turn off any circuit that smells hot
- Don’t keep resetting a tripping breaker
- Stay away from downed power lines
- Unplug sensitive electronics if power is unstable
If the power is out, check Avista’s outage map first; if only your home is out, read our electrical repair guide.
